Brain Games

When it comes to a fitness program for your dog, mental games are just as important as physical activity. Dogs are SO smart and constantly need a job to do.

Some of you may already notice this but if you work your dog in nose work or any other mental game, they end up way more tired then if you took them for a long walk.

Your pup’s natural instinct is to sniff and hunt. This activity can release endorphins which help to relax your dog.

Brain games can be done at home or in public in order to help with your pet’s confidence in stressful situations. You can get as creative as you want!

Never underestimate the power of your pup’s brain! :)
